It is important to understand that as licensed real estate professionals, DRA Homes CANNOT help you locate an apartment or assist you in locating properties that ARE NOT LISTED with a real estate professional.
Due to the nature of the rental market, DRA Homes reserves the right to take on tenant representation in a very limited geographical area.
We have chosen to limit tenant placement services to the Cobb County area only. There is a $300 RETAINER FEE for tenant representation. The retainer fee will be credited back to the client upon execution of a lease in the event that the offered commission meets or exceeds the fee amount.
While DRA Homes may have properties listed for rent in other areas, we choose not to represent tenants looking for homes outside of Cobb County.
Qualifying for a lease is not as stringent as qualifying for a mortgage, however, there are certain items that will be required:
*Lease Application (most carry an application fee of $25-100)
The fee covers the cost of a credit report & verification of application information
Credit reports will be required for all parties contributing to the payment of the monthly rent
*Sufficient, verifiable income to cover living expenses INCLUDING rent
*Security Deposit
*Security Deposit
The amount may vary according to contract rent, credit score, job history & other factors
*Move In Inspection Report
Protect yourself and insist that ALL damage or issues with the property are documented prior to move in
A Move Out Inspection Report should be completed at the end of the lease period
