OUR BUSINESS MODEL
In an effort to better serve the real estate consumer, DRA Homes made strategic desicisons about the structure of our organization.  We knew that in order to provide quality service in a cost-effective way without sacrificing service we had to throw out the business model of the traditional big box brokerages.
 
The first step DRA Homes made was to align ourselves with an agent-centric brokerage that lowered the cost of agent affiliation.  Quite simply by reducing the portion of fees paid to the BIG BOSS, DRA Homes is able to charge clients less without offering less service.  SEE A SIDE BY SIDE COMPARISON OF THE COST TO THE AGENT
 
DRA Homes then elected to limit its membership in professional organizations.  Instead of devoting a portion of our income each year to organizations that do not contribute to our client's success, we reduced membership expenses in order to pass those savings on to our clients.
 
Virtual Office Technology was implemented to further trim overhead.  DRA Homes operates from a fully-equipped, functional virtual office.  By eliminating the standard Brick & Mortar office space we save on rent, utilities, taxes, insurance, security, administrative salaries and other miscellaneous costs associated with traditional office space.
 
DRA Homes also adopted a LEANER & GREENER PHILOSOPHY of business operations.  While the real estate industry remains paper-intensive, we have been able to control the amount of paper we consume by employing electronic document storage and paper recycling intiatives.  Also, with the virtual office we reduce our carbon footprint by not heating & cooling a traditional 5000+ square foot commercial space.  We use recycled material as often as possible, compact flourescent bulbs (once sunlight is not sufficient!), and refer clients to eco-friendly vendors!  See our LIFESTYLE SECTION for more on our commitment to a healthy environment!
